1. How can I increase civilization points?
Constructing and upgrading buildings can increase the civilization points gained per hour. You can also obtain civilization points by holding ceremonies at the Town Hall.
2. What are civilization points used for?
With enough civilization points, you can build another castle. The first subordinate castle requires 2,000 civilization points.
3. How many subordinate castles can I have?
The Main Castle can have up to 3 subordinate castles. A normal castle can have up to 2 subordinates.
4. How do I assign a castle as the Main Castle?
A castle will be automatically assigned as the Main Castle when you build a Palace in it. Main Castles cannot be occupied. You can only build a maximum of 1 Palace, but you can build as many Manors as you need.
5. What are Game Coins? How do I acquire them?
Lords Online is a F2P game. Game Coins are used for value-added services. You can acquire Game Coins by clicking on the [Buy game coins] button at the Shop menu in the Game Interface. Some of the quests and events will reward you with Game Coins as well!
6. How do I add Friends and Enemies?
There are 3 ways in which you can add a Friend or Enemy:
Method 1: click on a castle on the map that is occupied by another player to open the Castle Details page. There you will find the “Add to contact” button. You can add a Friend by clicking the “add as friend” button or an Enemy by clicking the “Mark as enemy” button.
Method 2: after you click on a player’s name in [Chat], you can add that player as a Friend by clicking the “add as friend” button or as an Enemy by clicking the “Mark as enemy” button.
Method 3: if you know the player’s name in advance, you can input their name in the [Friend] menu to look for the player. To add the player as a Friend, simply click the “Add as friend” button, or add the player as an Enemy by clicking the “Mark as enemy” button.
7. Where can I find my rewards?
You can find them in the [Inventory] at the top of the Game Interface.
8. How do I build a subordinate castle?
Constructing and upgrading buildings can help raise your civilization points. When your civilization points reach 2,000 and you have 750 of each of the 4 resources and 3 Spies (Shadow and Psychic), you will be able to build your first subordinate castle. You can build it on any vacant location on the map. However, different terrains will affect the amount of Food available at that location.
9. How do I open a chest?
To open a chest, you have to purchase the corresponding key from the Mall.
10. How do I auction items?
Click the “Auction House” button in the Market menu to enter the Auction House and sell your items there.
11. How do I replay battle footage? Can I share this with my friend?
Go to the War Report from the “Report” button. You can watch a battle again by pressing the “Replay” icon. If you want to share this with a friend, you can duplicate the URL by clicking the “Copy URL” button and sending it to your friend.
12. How can I differentiate between the Main Castle and subordinate castles?
In the castle list in the main menu, the Main Castle will be marked with a star (▲).
13. How do I increase population?
Constructing or upgrading buildings (including Resource Farms) will increase the castle population.
14. What is Food Consumption?
Each citizen of a castle will consume a certain amount of Food per day. In addition, troops will consume a large amount of Food.
15. How do I occupy an oasis?
Your Town Hall will need to be at least Level 5 to occupy an oasis.
16. How do I delete my account?
At the moment, there is no account deletion function.
Resources
1. Will my resources grow even when I am not online? What does FULL Warehouse mean?
Even when you are offline, your resources will continue to be generated. However, if your Warehouse and Barn are full, resource generation will be halted. “FULL Warehouse” refers to the situation when a castle’s Warehouse and Barn are full and the castle is unable to generate new resources, receive resources or obtain resources through other means.
2. Why do the Resource Outputs displayed appear inaccurate?
The actual Resource Output = theoretic output * Efficiency. Resentment will affect the Efficiency of a castle. It is important to keep resentment to a minimum to achieve maximum efficiency.
3. Why did my Food output drop?
Constructing and upgrading buildings will increase the castle’s population. Both citizens and troops of a castle will consume Food. The Food output displayed on the main menu = Farm Output – (citizens’ Food consumption + Troops’ Food consumption).
4. How can I protect my resources from being plundered?
You can minimize the loss of your resources by constructing and upgrading your Cellar or by putting your resources in the market.
5. How many oases can each castle occupy?
Each castle can occupy a maximum of 3 oases.
6. Can I use the enhance tools I purchased from the Item Mall on any of my castles?
Yes. Items purchased from the Item Mall are applicable to all castles.
Protection Period
1. How long is the Protected Period for a new player?
From the moment a player first logs in to the game, they will be protected for 3 days. However, if the player’s Town Hall reaches level 5 or initiates an attack on any other player during that time, the protection will be automatically rescinded.
2. What happens during this Protected Period?
During the Protected Period, the player’s Main Castle will not come under any attack. The player cannot attack other players either, or the Protected Period will end. However, the player is free to attack monsters.
Heroes
1. How do I recruit heroes?
After you have built a Tavern, you can visit it to meet heroes who have stopped by for a drink. Of course, it will cost you gold to acquire their services.
2. How often do the heroes available in the Tavern refresh?
The system will automatically refresh the heroes in the Tavern every hour. For those who cannot wait, you can also use Game Coins to refresh the heroes immediately.
3. How can I recruit more heroes?
You can recruit more heroes when you make space by upgrading your Tavern.
4. What should I do when my heroes die?
You can resurrect a hero by clicking the Revive button at the Garrison.
5. How will my hero recover HP after a battle?
Once a hero has acquired the “Quick Recovery” skill, their HP will recover every hour.
6. What good is a hero to my troops?
A hero can enhance the abilities of your troops or weaken enemies through the use of equipment and spells.
7. How do I acquire equipment for my hero?
You can obtain equipment by killing monsters on the map.
8. How does a hero level up? What can I gain from levelling up my hero?
Your hero can obtain the Exp required to level up by taking part in battles and using equipment. Each time they level up, a hero will gain more attribute points and greater access to abilities and spells.
9. How can I change my hero’s name?
Simply click on the “Rename” button on the hero’s menu and type in the name you want.
10. How can my hero take part in PVP at the arena?
Thank you for your interest, but this function is not available yet.
11. How many heroes can each player recruit?
You can have a maximum of 5 heroes serving under you.
12. How can I fire a hero?
You can only fire a hero who is currently idle, but please note that once you have fired a hero, they will disappear completely, carrying away whatever equipment they have on them.
13. How do I equip my hero?
To equip your hero, go to the hero menu, click on the equipment picture and select Equip. Remember, your hero needs to meet the level requirement to equip the item.
Troops
1. Why did my troops die even though they were not sent to battle?
Citizens and troops of a castle will both consume food. When the Food output is in the negatives, the supplies in the Barn will start to deplete. Once all the supplies in the Barn are consumed, your troops will start to die of starvation.
2. How are resources deducted when I recruit my troops?
When you recruit a large number of troops, the total required amount of resources will be deducted directly from your holdings.
3. When my castle is under attack, how can I protect my troops?
You can move your troops out of harm’s way by sending them to other castles or oases.
4. How do I reassign my troops from Castle A to Castle B?
First ensure that Castle B has adequate Food supplies, then switch over to Castle A. Click on the Beacon Tower and select “Expedition.” Input Castle B’s name or coordinates, then choose the type of troops and the hero you would like to send over. Finally, select the “Reinforce” mode and press confirm.
5. How can I recall the troops I sent to Castle B back to Castle A?
To recall your troops, first click on the Beacon Tower in Castle A. In the “Reinforce” menu, input the number of troops you would like to recall (default is set to the maximum) and press the “Recall” icon. Alternatively, you can go to the Beacon Tower of Castle B. In the “Idle Troops” menu, input the number of troops you would like to recall to Castle A (default is set to the maximum), then press the “Return” icon.
6. How do I tell how strong monsters are?
The strength of a monster is indicated by the Star Rating. There are 10 different ratings, from 1 star to 10 stars. The higher the number of stars, the stronger it is.
7. When my troops travel from 1 castle to another, how will the Food be consumed?
Every troop unit will consume 1 unit of Food. On the way from Castle A to Castle B, Food consumption will be charged to Castle A. However, once they have reached Castle B, they will start to deplete the Food supply of Castle B.
8. Why can’t I send my troops over to support my friend?
You are only allowed to send your Troops to help players of the same race.
Alliance
1. How do I join an Alliance?
Once you have built an Embassy, you can go to its menu and click the “Join Alliance” button. Simply input the name of the Alliance you would like to join and you will become its newest member.
2. How do I start an Alliance?
To start an Alliance, you have to have a Level 3 Embassy.
3. How does an Alliance acquire its resources?
The resources of an Alliance are donated by its members.
4. How does an Alliance upgrade its Technology?
The Alliance Leader can upgrade Technology once the Alliance has the required amount of gold and resources.
5. Can the Alliance Leader title be transferred to another player?
Yes, it can.
